Returns & Exchanges

At Bella Doña, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
